Returns
For orders placed in the U.S. you have 14 calendar days to return any item from the date you receive the shipment.
An item is eligible to be returned if:
(1) Your item must be free from any markings including the following:
a. Any sort of make-up
b. Fake tan spray/lotion or similar chemicals
c. Deodorant
d. Any type of hair
e. Lint or dirt
f. Anything scented including but not limited to perfume, food, and body odor
(2) Your item must be in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
(3) Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
(4) Your item must not have any signs of washing or excessive wrinkling.
(5) Your item must have the original packaging, tags and removable bra pads.
No returns or exchanges on lipgloss for sanitary reasons.
Items purchased at an event or on clearance are non-refundable.
Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after your item(s) are delivered back to us and received by us. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Once your package is received you will be contacted via orders@elevate-reality.com to confirm your item has been received and to move forward with the next step.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment for full priced items, minus the cost of shipping, credit card transaction fee, and any other restocking expense incurred by Elevate Reality. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your financial institutions policies. (All sale, discounted, promotional items, and item(s) purchased using discount codes are eligible for return in the form of shopping credit, as long as they meet all return requirements).
If your items are not eligible for a return we will contact you via email to explain why and we will send the item back to the original address of the purchase.
Exchanges
Active lifestyle Apparel - We will happily ship you a different size free of charge for domestic U.S. orders, if your item meets the return guidelines. No returns or exchanges on international orders.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
